My coaching approach 
I have been coaching people throughout my career. My approach has always been inquiry based and solution focused. Recently, I started aligning my coaching with insights from neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness and behavioural science. With this, my clients quickly get more clarity about themselves (beliefs, values and habits) and define strategies and take action for more resilience and well-being in their lives.
I am a certified Results Trained Coach by the NeuroLeadership Institute in London. 
I combine the following elements in my sessions: 


  • Science

    Learn more about how your brain works and how to leverage these insights to make more conscious decisions in life. Learn from scientific research in positive psychology, what factors help you thrive in life.

  • Mindfulness

    Practice paying attention to what is happening when it is happening in your mind, body and external environment and learn how to do this in a non-judgmental, kind and curious way.

  • Self-Discovery

    With a calmer mind, you will be able to discover yourself more. What motivates you? What gives energy or takes energy? What emotions drive your decisions? What limiting beliefs do you have?

  • Envisioning

    Once you know yourself better, we will explore what solutions and futures you are envisioning for yourself, for more conscious decisions in life. We will work on concrete goals and strategies to bring change into your life - step-by-step.
